John Jones Injured in Dog Attack in Galveston, TX

Something stood out to me in the news reading about this, and that's how on point the victims were about the dogs and someone likely being responsible. If this isn't the first time those dogs were aggressive, and someone owns those dogs, Texas law says they can be liable for the harm those dogs caused. Hopefully authorities are being diligent in gathering information, speaking with neighbors, and looking into other sources of information to find out where these dogs came from and why they were allowed to nearly kill a man who was just minding his own business.
