Jorge Luis Moreno Lopez Killed, Ruben Sandoval Fernandez, 3 Injured in Car Accident in Kimble County, TX

Kimble County, TX -- October 13, 2022, Jorge Moreno Lopez was killed and Ruben Sandoval Fernandez and three were injured in a car accident.

Authorities said they were called to US 377 near Telegraph early Thursday morning. It appears that 38-year-old Ruben Sandoval Fernandez was in a pickup traveling northbound on US 377. Somehow, the vehicle ran off-road and crashed into the South Llano river.

As a result of the collision, 28-year-old Jose Luis Moreno Lopez succumbed to fatal injuries. Fernandez and three other passengers were taken to a local hospital. No further information is available at this time.
