Commentary on Jessica Clawson, Cecil Rodriguez, Geneva Lachance Car Accident in Kingsland

Folks tend to ignore rear end collisions like this because the assumption is that the rear driver must have done something wrong. That's certainly the most likely explanation, but it's always important to ensure nothing important is slipping through the cracks. An issue I often have with official investigations is they can miss something important simply because it's not that common. Independent investigators, however, have the training and equipment to keep that from happening. As such, whether a crash like this is the result of texting, alcohol, brake failure, road hazards, a medical event, or whatever other factor, steps can be taken to ensure the facts are clear. Understanding this can be a crucial step toward getting people the help the need.
