Commentary on Dump Truck Accident on 82nd Street in Lubbock

It's not unusual for there to be few details this soon after a crash, but it's important to ensure the situation is being taken seriously. Quite frankly, that often means ensuring the details are in the hands of professionals other than just the police.

As dedicated as officers may be, their departments don't always support them with the training, equipment, and time they need to do the job properly. That's how important information slips through the cracks. Having handled hundreds of commercial vehicle wrecks, I know from experience just how detrimental this can be for victims and families in need. Fortunately, understanding these possible hurdles is a good first step to overcoming them.
