Lampasas, TX -- October 7, 2022, a man was injured as the result of an accident between a pickup and a semi-truck.

Officials said the incident happened in the Lampasas area just before 10:00 a.m. Details say that a 76 year old man was traveling westbound when they reportedly attempted to make a u-turn. Doing so, a Kenworth dump truck crashed into the pickup.

As a result of the collision, the Ford driver had to be flown to a hospital with serious injuries. No other injuries were mentioned. Additional details are unavailable.
