Commentary on Jimmie Morgan Car Accident in Wichita Falls

It's not much help for someone, even an experienced attorney, to sit around saying investigators need to look into the cause of the crash. That's why I try to focus on potential factors which folks may not consider very often. For example, it stands out to me anytime someone is ejected from a vehicle. Why is that?

While often a sign that the person wasn't wearing their seatbelt, more thorough investigations sometimes show that an ejection is the result of a defective seatbelt. That's not the sort of thing authorities are generally able to look into on their own, which is why I generally rely on more experienced independent accident reconstructionists. Hopefully steps were taken here to get experienced professionals to get the facts surrounding this crash.
