Commentary on Sebastian Campos Car Accident in Dallas

Any claim of alcohol is going to raise serious red flags, so thorough investigations would be more than warranted in a crash like the one described here. Importantly, that would have to include the possibility that the drunk driver in question was illegally over-served by a bar. That bar could then be liable for their role in the crash under dram shop law. That said, this is only a possibility until there are more details available. It's possible further investigations could show there are other factors which require attention if the victims are going to get the help they deserve.
