Commentary on Rollover Accident on Highway 82 in Whitesboro

Something that stands out to me in these details is that the driver died while the passenger apparently walked away more or less okay. Why is that? When I see a disparity in victims' conditions that significant, it's sometimes a serious sign that something was wrong with the vehicle.

Did the airbags deploy? Did seatbelts function properly? Did the vehicle not hold up as well as it should have in the rollover? If these are co-workers, is this a work vehicle? Do they work for a company that puts them in poorly maintained vehicles? All kinds of questions need answering after a fatal wreck, but my experience tells me this one would be best put in the hands of dedicated professionals who can find out whether or not something unusual cost a man his life.
