Commentary on Kevin Nguyen Accident in Austin

When folks read about a car accident like this, most tend to assume authorities either have or will get all the relevant answers about what happened. Unfortunately, things aren't always so simple. In fact, victims and families call the firm all the time and tell us police reports about their accidents don't tell the whole story, or even are completely wrong.

Between competing priorities and limited resources, sometimes police miss critical details; that can obviously be a big problem for anyone trying to get answers or help after an accident. It's one of the reasons independent investigations are such a vital tool for ensuring the truth of a crash is found.
