Jeffrey Taylor, Corinna Taylor Injured in Truck Accident in Chillicothe, SC

I find that a lot of people read about a disabled vehicle, and they think that means everything was just an unavoidable coincidence. That's not always true, though. Not long ago, I had a family come to me about a serious truck wreck involving a disabled tractor-trailer. Once we dug into things, it became apparent the mechanical issue was entirely avoidable. That company simply didn't keep up with necessary maintenance, and it was inevitable something would go wrong. Could it be that something similar happened here? One way or another, a proper independent investigation will likely show if and how all of this could have been avoided.
