Commentary on Car Accident on Loop 20 at University in Laredo

Laredo, TX Car Accident Injures 1 on Loop 20 at University Boulevard

With a crash like this, it's important to consider any possible unusual factors which may have contributed to the victim's injuries. With four vehicles crashing and only one person being injured (as far as we know), that can occasionally be a sign that the victim shouldn't have been so seriously hurt.

Did their seatbelt work? Did airbags deploy? Was there something wrong with their seat assembly? Does the vehicle meet modern safety standards? Likely or not, asking these questions can help get answers folks need to get help after a serious crash. Experience makes me doubt this incident is going to be the exception to that.
