Commentary on Motorcycle Accident on Commerce Street in Dallas

Frankersis Quezada Mosquea Injured in Car Accident in Dallas, TX

I certainly don't have any information about this event beyond what's available to the public, however my experience always makes me take details like these with a grain of salt. Why is that? Simply put, folks are quick to blame motorcyclists, and they aren't always right. Even authorities can be hasty and assume a motorcyclist did something wrong. I can't count how many times I looked into similar incidents only to find police completely overlooked crucial evidence. Could the same be true here? Possibly, but it's going to take more thorough investigations to say for sure.
