Commentary on Laura Winspear Truck Accident in Erie County

It's obviously important to find out what caused a single-truck wreck, but something authorities often overlook is the environment surrounding the victim's injuries. Here's what I mean by that. There's a common issue with commercial trucks where manufacturers don't take steps to ensure the cabin can withstand what should be relatively minor wrecks.

A lot of truck drivers end up hurt or killed because a rollover which should be no big deal (in terms of the driver's health) becomes more serious because the truck isn't built well. Is that something that contributed here?
