Austin, TX -- April 6, 2022, James Lugo was injured as the result of an accident where his car crashed with a parked vehicle.

Authorities said that the crash happened along East 2nd Street just off Elkhart Street. It appears that 53-year-old James Lugo was in a car traveling along East 2nd. Somehow, the car crashed into a parked vehicle along the curb. This resulted in incapacitating injuries. It appears Lugo was the only person involved in the crash. No further information is available at this time.
