Julian Caudillo Injured in Motorcycle Accident in Odessa, TX

Folks tend to see a motorcycle crash and just assume the rider must have been in the wrong. That's entirely possible here; perhaps said dip in the road was visible and avoidable. At the same time, it's important to ensure those details get closer attention. A dip in the road is one thing, but it's possible for those to actually be poorly maintained roads which have deadly hazards the city hasn't addressed properly.

Otherwise, there could even be other, more complex issues to address. Mechanical issues, alcohol, medial conditions, some other reckless driver that left the scene. The amount of times important information didn't come to light until after independent investigations would shock just about anyone without the years of experience I have. Perahps the same would prove true here, as well.
