Commentary on William Carrillo Sanchez 18-wheeler Accident in Houston

This was no doubt a chaotic scene, as just about any deadly commercial truck wreck scene would be. One reason that can be so concerning is that authorities aren't always equipped to handle complex crashes. Not all departments dedicate the time and funding officers need to ensure nothing unusual slips through the cracks.

That is why experienced attorneys like myself that rely on more experienced independent accident reconstructionists have seen countless examples of authorities missing something important. Maybe that wouldn't prove true here, but it's important folks understand what steps are often taken after crashes like this to help ensure the victim's loved ones at least know they're getting the whole story.
