Commentary on Jesse Ray Trinidad Truck Accident in Seguin

When it comes to commercial vehicle wrecks, it's important to make sure authorities really gave it the attention it deserves. There can sometimes be unusual circumstances they aren't used to investigating which may require more thorough independent investigations.

For example, I looked into this case a while back where a man reportedly ran a stop sign, and a vehicle t-boned and killed him. Weeks later, however, further investigations revealed something major the police failed to mention. It turned out there was no stop sign at that crossing because TxDOT removed it earlier that day while working, then forgot to replace it when they left.

I'm not saying anything like that happened here, just for clarification. I simply wish to inform people that these crashes are rarely as straight forward as they may seem. Understanding this can be vital for victims and families who are looking to tell their side of the story.
