One Critically Injured in Rollover Crash near I-35 and Reinli in Austin, TX

Austin, TX — September 24, 2022, one person was critically injured in a rollover accident on Interstate 35 in Austin.

Authorities say the incident happened shortly before 2:40 p.m. near the intersection of I-35 and Reinli Street. The cause and circumstances of the crash aren't clear yet, but reports say one vehicle rolled over turning the crash and a person suffered life-threatening injuries.

The victim was taken to a local hospital and declared a trauma alert. Two other people involved in the wreck were treated for minor injuries at the scene and released.

The investigation continues. No further information is currently available.
