Irving, TX -- August 27, 2022, Joaquin Hernandez was injured following an accident where his vehicle crashed off-road.

Preliminary details indicated that the incident happened at around 5:05 p.m. along Airport Freeway near Beltline Road.

Investigators said that 45-year-old Joaquin Ernesto Hernandez was in a Ford Expedition traveling eastbound on TX-183. The vehicle somehow went onto the right side of the road where it then hit the guardrail and overturned.

Hernandez sustained incapacitating injuries, officials said. Right now, further information has yet to be confirmed.
