Jacinda Nolasco Injured in Crash with 18-Wheeler on FM 551 in Fate, TX

Fate, TX — August 18, 2022, 40-year-old Jacinda Nolasco was seriously injured in a crash with an 18-wheeler on Farm to Market Road 551 in Fate.

Authorities say the incident happened around 10:30 a.m. on FM 551 near Greenbriar Road. Preliminary investigation suggests Nolasco was driving a Toyota Tundra pickup south on the roadway as a Kenworth tractor-trailer was northbound. Both vehicles were traveling through a curve when investigators say Nolasco, driving at speeds allegedly too high for wet road conditions, slid partially out of her lane and hit the rear-left wheels of the Kenworth's trailer.

Nolasco suffered serious injuries in the collision. A passenger in the Tundra, Jose Nolasco, reportedly received minor injuries.
