Commentary on Jose Castillo Single-Vehicle Accident in Falls County

Before people start jumping to conclusions, I want to make something clear. Is it possible speed and/or alcohol led to this crash? Absolutely. In fact, it's all too common. It would be ridiculous to ignore those possibilities. But folks would be surprised just how often I look into a crash where authorities make similar claims only for evidence to show something completely different led to the crash. From fatigue to medical conditions to mechanical defects to road hazards--whether or not it's likely isn't the point. The point is that getting people the help they need means ensuring these things don't go overlooked. Are experienced professionals looking into those possibilities here?
