With an incident like this, one of the best tools available to victims and families is their community. Information typically comes to light because someone connects the dots to something they saw, someone they know, or some other key piece of information, such as realizing they had a dashcam and were in the area at the time. By keeping these details in the public eye as much as possible, I remain hopeful new details will come to light so those involved here can get the help and the answers they deserve.
