Commentary on Isai Milla Hernandez Car Accident in Addison

I made this blog to shed light on areas of the law folks rarely discuss. That may not sound like this kind of crash. Someone failed to yield, and that's that, right? Perhaps, but it's always important to be thorough. Police don't always look into every possible contributing factor.

For example, with a t-bone collision like this, independent investigators are much more adept at looking into safety features and whether or not they functioned properly. Did airbags go off? Did they inflate properly and in time? Did seatbelts lock? Did the seat assembly stay put during the crash? Likely or not, these are things that can turn minor crashes into deadly ones. That's why understanding these potential factors can be crucial for folks in need of help. I currently see no reason why this crash would be an exception to that.
