Commentary on Rollover Accident on Grand Parkway in Cypress

It's not surprising to see speeding brought up in the news as a possibility. It's both a common factor in single-vehicle wrecks and wrecks involving teenagers. With that said, it's always aggravating seeing people in the public and even authorities just assuming the victims did something wrong without actually considering the evidence.

There are many reasons a car can crash off-road like this. Many of those reasons are due to driver error, that's true. But there are other possibilities authorities often overlook which also deserve attention. Otherwise, something important could slip through the cracks. If nothing else, giving some kids the benefit of the doubt until they can get the help they need shouldn't be controversial.
