Commentary on Motorcycle Accident on Regal Row in Austin

Austin, TX Motorcycle Accident Kills 1 on Regal Row at Menchaca

It always seems like the news out of Austin is always the most sparse. It could simply be that authorities down there are more tight-lipped. It could be that news outlets in Austin just don't care much about crashes. Whatever it is, it's always concerning due to the fact that a lot of drunk driving wrecks happen in Austin just as they do all over the state. But when folks come to me about a crash from that area involving a drunk driver or a negligent bar liable for their injuries under dram shop law, I find that the details just never made it to the public eye. Could it be this is yet another such incident not getting the attention it deserves?
