Commentary on Alan Sanchez Martinez, Arturo Jasso Car Accident in El Paso

There isn't much information about what exactly happened here, and it's important folks understand that getting answers isn't always so simple. Even with something common, such as drunk driving, there can be unique hurdles to overcome. For example, those crashes can involve someone who was over-served by a local bar, meaning that bar would be liable under dram shop law. That's far from within the scope of a typical police investigation. And that's not even considering all of the other less likely possible factors that tend to slip through the cracks. That's why, if nothing else, folks in need of help are better served with independent investigators. That way, they know they're getting all the facts.
