Commentary on Timothy Eugene Miller Truck Accident in Morris County

With any serious truck wreck, it's important to understand certain limitations that may stand between victims and the help they need. One that I rarely see discussed is the shortcomings of official investigations. Commercial truck wrecks can be incredibly complex, and frankly authorities don't always have the right tools to handle that sort of thing. That means important details can slip through the cracks unless steps are taken to anticipate these challenges and get them in the hands of experienced professionals. It remains to be seen what steps are being taken here to ensure the facts are clear.
