One Injured when Car Hits Tree off Interstate 27 in Lubbock, TX

Lubbock, TX — August 31, 2022, one person was seriously injured when a vehicle collided with a tree off Interstate 27 in north Lubbock.

Authorities have released few details so far, but say the accident occurred around 1:30 p.m. near I-27 and Yucca Lane. A passenger vehicle reportedly crashed into a tree in that for unknown reasons, causing serious injuries to one person.
