Commentary on Sara Stokes 18-wheeler Accident in Palo Pinto County

I just want to be clear that I don't know anything about this crash beyond what's in these reports. But those details are ones I take with a grain of salt. I've seen too many situations where reports don't tell the whole story, and more thorough independent investigations show there were extenuating circumstances authorities ignored. Could it be that something similar happened here? At the very least, it's often prudent to ensure experienced professionals have a chance to catch anything that may have slipped through the cracks.
