Pedro Bolano Killed in Lake Worth Beach, FL Dump Truck Accident

Lake Worth Beach, FL — August 30, 2022, Pedro Bolano died in an industrial dump truck accident on Melaluca Lane near Lake Worth Beach.

According to reports the incident happened around 3:45 p.m. on the 3000 block of Melaluca. Preliminary investigation suggests a commercial dump truck was reversing up an unpaved private drive leading to a parking lot. The truck was guided from behind by a coworker but became stuck on the roadway due to its weight.

Reports say the truck driver tried to dump a portion of the load to lighten the truck and free it, but in doing so the truck became unstable and rolled onto its driver's side. Bolano, guiding the truck from its driver's side (which the driver allegedly didn't realize), was pinned underneath it and suffered fatal injuries.

The investigation is ongoing. No further information is currently available.
