Commentary on Janee Smith Wrong-Way Accident in San Antonio

Janee Smith Injured in Wrong-Way Accident in San Antonio, TX

To be blunt, a wrong-way crash like this almost always happens due to drunk driving. Simple as that sounds, thorough investigations can be necessary for getting people the help they deserve. This is due to the common possibility that a local bar illegally over-served the wrong-way driver. This could then lead to dram shop law which says those establishments can be liable for contributing to crashes like this. Frankly, dram shop is not the sort of thing authorities tend to look into. That's why a crash like this is usually better off in the hands of independent professionals; are those steps being taken here?
