Javier Romero Killed in Motorcycle Accident in Manor, TX

It's not clear what happened here, and my hope is folks aren't simply assuming the motorcyclist did something wrong. I see those conclusions all the time because a lot of people just think all motorcyclists are reckless drivers. They're out there, without a doubt, but many are perfectly safe drivers. In fact, a lot of motorcyclists get hurt because drivers in larger vehicles aren't keeping an eye out for them.

Whether or not that happened here remains to be seen. Hopefully investigators are unbiased here, otherwise there may need to be more thorough independent investigations to ensure the victim's loved ones get the answers they deserve.
