Commentary on Andra Smith Pedestrian Accident in Golinda

Folks tend to overlook pedestrian accidents because they think they're all straightforward. While they can be, being thorough is crucial for ensuring a victim's loved ones are getting the answers they deserve.

Andra Smith Killed in Pedestrian Accident in Golinda, TX

It could be something unusual like a case I handled not long ago where someone walked into traffic because a bowling alley illegally over-served them alcohol to the point they didn't know where they were walking. It could also be that a more attentive driver would have been able to avoid the victim, but the driver involved here somehow failed to. Without proper investigations, there's no way to say for sure. Isn't getting a family clear answers worth some prudence, at least?
