Commentary on Elizabeth Gonzalez Jimenez, Eden Romero Archaga Truck Accident in Edinburg
There isn't much information about what happened here, but that's not all that unusual following a commercial truck wreck. Saying vehicles "hit" the victim's vehicle obviously raises red flags that they should have been able to avoid the victim, but there's just no way to know that without clear evidence. Getting that evidence is often when less experienced professionals and even the authorities come up short.
Whether it's an unlikely possible factor, a complex crash scene, a combative insurance company, or some other obstacle, authorities don't always have the experience or tools to get the job done. As a result, important information can slip through the cracks. That's why it's crucial to put crashes like this in the hands of experienced independent investigators. Getting a family the full story is crucial in making sure they get the resolution they deserve.
