Commentary on Byron Espinal Car Accident in Houston

When folks read about someone thrown from their vehicle, they tend to assume that the driver wasn't wearing their seatbelt. That's rather common, but sometimes there are more complex issues to address. For example, a seatbelt can break or otherwise fail due to a manufacturing defect. I can't count how many times I got my hands on reports only to see authorities didn't even bother checking for such issues. Letting something like that slip through the cracks can be serious for those in need of assistance, which is why it's crucial that even seemingly straight-forward wrecks get attention from experienced professionals.
