Commentary on Daniella Angelique Bramblette Truck Accident in Austin

Following too closely is certainly a common reason this sort of crash happens, so it wouldn't surprise me if that's what happened here. That said, it's always important to be thorough with investigations. Trucking companies begin work immediately to build their side of the story, and victims and families need to make sure steps are being taken to do the same for them. Otherwise, they can easily find themselves at a disadvantage even when the facts seem clear.

It's not always about what happens in a crash. Sometimes, it's about what comes next. Without thorough evidence and legal experience with trucking companies and insurance companies, there can be obstacles that those without the right tools may find impossible to overcome on their own. It's why hundreds of people have come to me for help with commercial vehicle wrecks, and it's why I have 30 years of stories showing why trucking companies are nothing to be trifled with. I highly doubt this crash is somehow going to be the exception to that.
