Two Women Injured in Rollover Accident on Bending Crest in San Antonio, TX

San Antonio, TX -- August 12, 2022, two women were injured due to an accident where a vehicle overturned along Bending Crest.

Officials reported that the crash took place at around 3:00 a.m. off the corner of Bending Crest and Barton Rock Lane, just off O'Connor.

In initial reports, authorities said that two women were in an SUV. Somehow, that vehicle hit a parked a car, casing the SUV to rollover.

Both occupants were taken to a hospital with stable conditions. Police do not know the cause of the wreck but say alcohol is not suspected at this time. Investigations are ongoing.

With police ruling out alcohol up front, that no doubt throws a wrench in a lot of the conclusion jumping folks were no doubt ready to do. It's something I see far too often. Folks just assume drivers are always at fault for single-vehicle wrecks. In reality, there can be all kinds of complex factors to consider.
