Commentary on Karrar Albawi Car Accident in Benbrook

Any wrong-way crash is obviously concerning. No doubt people will assume that driver was under the influence of alcohol, as is common in these situations. Quite frankly, that would make it crucial to find out if some local business gave a teenager alcohol, considering both the recklessness of that action and the possibility they over-served the driver and can be held liable under dram shop law. But to jump to conclusions without proper investigations would be absolutely irresponsible.

Karrar Albawi Injured in Car Accident in Benbrook, TX

Is it common for someone to simply become disoriented or lost and get on the wrong side of the road? Not exactly, but it's happened before. Shouldn't we at least give folks the benefit of the doubt until all the facts come to light? That's why I tell folks it's best not to jump to conclusions. The focus is best put toward getting people the help they need, and I see no particular reason to consider this crash an exception.
