Commentary on Joe Allen Caruthers Truck Accident in Dayton

With very little about this crash in the news and not much to clear things up in what is available, I can only hope this crash got the attention it deserves. All commercial truck wrecks involve their own complex obstacles, and folks need as much evidence and tools on their side as possible to anticipate those obstacles. Otherwise, there could be a trucking company with a prime opportunity to avoid responsibility.

It's an issue I talk about all the time, yet I feel it still isn't enough until people understand what they could be up against. I'm not going to jerk anyone around and tell them every single trucking company is a soulless void out to screw everyone else over. However, not knowing that a company is underhanded until its too late is what leads to victims and families being left out in the wind with nothing but well wishes to get them on their feet again.

The article below goes in-depth about these challenges and why taking action can be crucial for victims and families. Hopefully those steps are being taken here.
