Fort Worth, TX Pedestrian Accident Injures Woman on Alta Mere Drive

This early in the morning, it's understandable that someone in the road may be hard to see. But it's important we don't simply jump to conclusions. Generally speaking, drivers still have a responsibility to avoid collisions if reasonably possible. Maybe it wasn't reasonably possible here, but if evidence shows that an attentive driver could have avoided this collision, that's something that should be addressed here. Whether or not authorities are actually being prudent enough to look into those factors remains to be seen.
