Waxahachie, TX -- January 9, 2022, Iliana Louise Steele was injured due to an accident where a vehicle crashed off the side of the road.

Investigators said they responded to the area of Ovilla Road and Westmoreland Road just after 3:30 a.m. According to reports, 19-year-old Iliana Louise Steele was in a Jeep Wrangler traveling southbound on Ovilla/FM 664. For reasons unclear, the vehicle went off-road where it hit a private driveway. This sent the vehicle airborne, and it overturned.

Steele reportedly had incapacitating injuries due to the crash. No one else appeared to be involved. At this time, additional details about the crash are unavailable.
