Commentary on Truck Driver Injured in Accident on FM 529 in Brazoria County

Police mentioned considering inattention as a factor here. It would surprise me if that's what led to this crash simply due to how common it is. But something always concerns me with authorities. Frankly, they don't always consider less likely possible factors, meaning things like road hazards, tire defects, and mechanical issues can slip through the cracks. That's why it usually takes more thorough independent investigations to make sure they're not overlooking something important.

Could it be there were extenuating circumstances involved here, as well? It's important folks consider these possibilities after a serious crash, which is why I do what I can to inform as many people as possible. Click the image below to learn more about this important topic.
