Commentary on College Station Man Truck Accident on Highway 21 in Burleson

Folks tend to assume these kinds of crashes are completely straight forward. After all, someone rear-ending a truck making a turn is almost always to blame, right? That's more or less true, but folks should always wait for the facts. There could be unusual circumstances to consider.

College Station Man Injured in Truck Accident on Highway 21 in Burleson, TX

For example, a colleague and I discussed a situation a while back in which a woman was texting and driving when she rear-ended a truck. She had very serious injuries, but investigators weren't sure why since the severity of the collision was relatively minor. So what happened? Well, further investigations revealed she had a defective airbag.

I'm not saying that happened here, of course, but it's an example of how the cause of someone's injuries is not always the same as what caused a crash. That's why thorough investigations are always important. Otherwise, details people need to get help can easily slip through the cracks.
