Commentary on Jose Mayolo Hernandez Car Accident in Dallas

Jose Mayolo Hernandez, 1 Injured in Car Accident in Dallas, TX

Folks seeing someone hit parked vehicles during daytime hours no doubt will assume that person was being reckless. Maybe they were on their phone. Maybe they'd been drinking, which could even lead to a local business responsible for over-serving them. But assuming someone was responsible isn't worth ignoring other possibilities. For all we know, the parked vehicles were in a dangerous place or not clearly visible. It's even possible something beyond both people's control led to the accident. At the end of the day, getting people the help they need means letting the evidence speak for itself.
