Commentary on Car Accident FM 2090 in Montgomery County

As straight forward as an accident like this may seem, it's always important to be thorough. There's no telling what complex issues can contribute to a serious crash.

For example, there was a case a while back in which a woman was texting and driving, resulting in a serious crash. But once there were independent investigations, it turned out she likely would have been fine had her airbag not been defective. As such, regardless of the cause of the crash, it was a defect which caused her injuries.

That's relatively rare, so I'm certainly not saying that happened here. But overlooking these possibilities means letting important details slip through the cracks. Are the investigations into this crash being thorough enough to ensure those involved get all the help and the answers they deserve?
