Timothy and Karen Germain, 3 Kids Injured in Polk County, TX Rollover Crash

Polk County, TX — June 19, 2022, Timothy and Karen Germain and their children were injured in a rollover accident on U.S. Highway 59 in Polk County.

According to reports the incident happened around 11:00 a.m. on US-59 near Lubbock Road. Preliminary investigation suggests Timothy Germain, was driving a Chrysler 200 sedan south on the highway. He told investigators he fell asleep and the car then drifted into the center grass median. It continued south in the median until it hit a crossover lane, then went airborne and rolled over. The Chrysler came to rest upright facing east in the grass.

Timothy Germain, Karen Germain, and a 15-year-old in the car suffered serious injuries in the crash. An 18-year-old and a 10-year-old reportedly received minor injuries.
