Commentary on Jimmy Martin Car Accident in Mesquite
Folks often look at crashes like this as open-and-shut, but there can always be unusual possible factors to consider which police often overlook. For example, a t-bone collision like this warrants examining whether or not the victim's vehicle had side airbags and whether or not they functioned properly.

At a certain point, those airbags will only do so much, but below certain speeds, they should protect a motorist from serious injuries. Failing to do that properly can be a sign that the airbags or something else went wrong. Now, maybe nothing like that happened here--it's not exactly common. But when folks are skeptical that there would be anything worth looking into following a crash like this, it's my experience with things like that which help to show why being more thorough is so important.
