Injuries Reported when SUV Hits House on Kirk Place in San Antonio, TX

San Antonio, TX — July 22, 2022, a woman was injured when an SUV crashed into her home on Kirk Place in West San Antonio.

According to reports the incident happened around 3:00 a.m. on the 800 block of Kirk Place. Preliminary investigation suggests the SUV was traveling east on the roadway went the driver lost control. The vehicle crossed the road and plowed into the residence.

Three of the home's residents reportedly received minor injuries. A fourth chased down the fleeing driver and kept him at the scene until police arrived. They took the driver into custody on suspicion of DWI.
