Commentary on Artemio Morales, Delfin Gomez Ledesma Truck Accident in Odessa

To be blunt, a crash like this is almost always a serious sign that something like alcohol, drugs, or a serious medical condition were involved. I'd never suggest ignoring those possibilities, especially with the possibility a local alcohol provider is responsible for the injuries because they illegally over-served the driver, putting their life and the lives of others in danger.

With that said, I've seen seemingly more black and white fact patterns turn out to be wrong once put under closer scrutiny from independent investigators. While folks may be quick to jump to blame someone for all of this, it's important to avoid doing so until all the facts are clear. There's no telling what unusual circumstances could be involved here.
