One Killed in Jet Ski Accident on Lake Austin in Austin, TX

Austin, TX -- July 12, 2022, one person was killed as the result of an accident where jet skis crashed along Lake Austin near Big View Drive.

Preliminary reports indicated that the incident happened just after 6:00 p.m. on an area of Lake Austin off Big View Drive near River Place Country Club.

Right now, the exact cause of the crash remains unclear. Reports said that a collision involving a jet ski occurred, ejecting and injuring one person. Despite life-saving efforts, that person succumbed to fatal injuries.
